Mr. Naomal Goonewardena specializes in Financial Law and Communications Law. He has been involved in advising various parties nationally and internationally in loan syndications, bank restructurings, securitizations, derivatives, due diligence on acquisitions and taxation.

Mr. Chanaka De Silva specializes in litigation and dispute resolution, consumer protection and customs law. In addition to these, Mr. De Silva handles the project finance aspects of the Firm’s practice, including several projects relating to power, public utilities, transport and port infrastructure projects, within and outside Sri Lanka.

Mrs. Samadhi Gajaweera handles the conveyancing aspects of the Firm’s practice and has advised Mireka Capital Land (Pvt) Ltd, a joint venture between the Shing Kwan Group of Singapore and the Bank of Ceylon, in the largest property development project in Sri Lanka, the Havelock City Project.
